Fabulous Feet Podiatry We have two  podiatrists working throughout the week offering a range of treatments. Laurie qualified with honors in 2006 as a HCPC Podiatrist  from Queen Margaret university. Laurie provides podiarty treatments for both the NHS and private clients. Beautyme welcomes Laurie to the team in 2018. “I enjoy the feeling of making people feel better especially if they present with a painful issue like a corn, verruca or ingrown toenail as it is so satisfying seeing the problem resolve or improve and hearing the patient say they feel better” Helen qualified with honors in 2007 as a HCPC Podiatrist, also from Queen Margaret University. She is a member of the  Royal College of Podiatry and has completed various Masters modules in Health Studies. She also splits her working week between NHS and private clients. She has experience in biomechanics and prescribing orthotics for clients, as well as working with physiotherapists. She also has experience in treating clients with diabetes  and who may have vascular issues. Helen joined the team in 2021. “I love to be able to help people with foot pain and helping them to have beautiful feet! “ Price List Routine Podiatry - full assessment, treatment and advice. Appointment lasts 30-45minutes and will treat any nail and skin issues including corns, callous, heel fissures, verrucas and fungal infection. £32.00 Biomechanics - full assessment of any musculoskeletal issue and advice on exercises and further treatment required. If insoles are required these will be discussed and will be an additional charge. Appointments are 45minutes. From £38.00 Combined appointments - this includes both a biomechanics assessment and advice and a routine assessment and advice, all carried out within an hours appointment. From £48.00 Biomechanics review appointment - after initial biomechanics assessment review appointment to evaluate the condition and previously prescribed insoles. 20 minutes. - From £22.00 Nail surgery - involves removal of ingrown toenail and any aftercare appointments until the nail area has fully healed. Price on application - starting at £200.00 Verruca Needling - a technique which encourages the body’s immune system to fight off the HPV virus which causes Verrucas. This involves a local anaesthetic. Price on application and initial assessment required - from £65.00
